Use of Site.
In order to use the subscription section of this site you need to enter details on a form during the registration process. We store these details in order to process your registration and for you to use the site. By registering you agree to provide us with explicit permission to store this data. We do not store payment card details or PayPal account details. Once a subscription lapses we may retain the data to ensure we comply with our legal obligations, including accounting and tax delcarations and may remove it after a set period.

Use and Browsers
Please note we cannot guarantee CoolCleverKids will work on all browsers as updates and new versions of browsers often cause compatability issues. We recommend the use of Firefox with CoolCleverKids. The system works on Firefox; Internet Explorer 9; Google Chrome; Apple Safari, and Opera (except to create your own cloze passages). Internet Explorer 10 has compatabilty issues, so IE 10 users should click F12 on their keyboard and and from Browser Mode select IE9 and then click F12 again.
Subscriptions
Subscription prices are shown on the relevant pages. Occasionally discount codes are made available. Multiple discount codes may not be used in a single transaction or combined. Should multiple codes be used or applied more than once, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription and refund the payment made to us, less any pro-rata usage at the rate you would have paid if multiple discounts codes were not used. CoolCleverKids cannot provide any warranty that there are no errors in questions. There are thousands of questions and occasionally there may be errors, which will be rectified if we are made aware of them. If you are unhappy with the system due to proven errors, at our discretion a refund can be provided on a pro-rata basis of the period remaining.

CoolCleverKids may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding on you.
